How often will I need to be treated with ONDA PRO?
Based on the area being treated, your sessions will be spaced between three and five weeks apart. After the initial series of treatments, it is recommended to schedule maintenance treatments to sustain the desired results.
Is there anything I should do before my ONDA PRO treatment?
It is important to drink plenty of water before your treatment. Avoid using moisturizer on the targeted area for a few days prior.
Is there anything I should do after my ONDA PRO treatment?
After your treatment, continue to keep yourself hydrated. Massage the area being treated as directed by the provider. Avoid sun exposure after the treatment (or use SPF) and alcohol for 3-4 days post treatment.
Can I exercise after my ONDA PRO treatment?
Massage and movement are helpful post-treatment. Avoid strenuous exercise for at least 48 hrs. Something like walking is fine.
